The Challenge
Install a 400kW Generator, 600 Amp ATS, two 3-ton supplemental system AC units, and all associated infrastructure upgrades to the Santa Monica, CA facility. Isolate the required amount of NOx emissions, and oversee the strict local building code and corporate requirements. All work had to be completed outside of business hours, with subcontractors working solely on overtime.
The Insight
Our in-house certified emission reduction specialists completed the NOx emissions requirements, without needing the assistance of any external agencies, and our design/build capabilities allowed us to manage the job from New York City, with an engineering team on site.
The Results
The NOx requirements, building code and company requirements were all satisfied on budget and on time.
