The Challenge
Renovate the first floor lobby, seventeen floors of guestroom corridors, "The Met Grill" bar & restaurant and numerous meeting rooms, all while the hotel was operating at more than 90% occupancy.
The Insight
We know that to succeed in a hospitality project, half the challenge is coordinating our work alongside hotel staff. At Omnibuild we take pride in both the thoroughness of our work, and our ability to work with people. By ensuring that we maintained good relationships with all the project’s stakeholders, we knew we would meet and exceed our client’s expectations.
The Results
The project was a success. When new work in the hotel is required, we are the first company to be called. When we are awarded large renovation projects in a hotel at the heart of New York City, on a repeat basis, we are confident we are doing something right.
