The Challenge
Perform an entire infrastructure upgrade, including new pipes, ducts, and structural steel inserts within the center of the hotel, as well as along the existing facade.
The Insight
Knowing that the project was large and complex, going beyond the usual requirements of a general contractor, we made full use of our in-house engineering and design knowledge, always ensuring that the design intent and budget framework were closely followed.
The Results
Due to our understanding of design, and involvement throughout the process, we experienced no unforeseen issues and brought the project in according to the strict budget requirements.
