Park Central Hotel

The Challenge

Managing a series of design-build work in conjunction with the construction of two separate projects while the hotel remained open and near full capacity.

The Insight

Utilizing project managers with various engineering skills, we managed the construction of the lobby bar, the corporate offices, the full design-build of the ATS upgrade, and the relocation of the hotel's new accounting offices. The accounting office project allowed us to exploit our comprehensive structural engineering knowledge while assisting in the build's design.

The Results

Having a good working relationship with the Park Central Hotel staff through these multiple projects was one of the instrumental reasons we were called back time and again.
