The existing space was a high-end private equity firm. Combining conference rooms into separate offices required removing millwork walls and then duplicating them. All work had to be done on overtime with a tight schedule.
Forward planning using samples and shop-drawing approvals prior to starting allowed us to meet the project’s strict time constraints. We paid attention to detail so that we could always leave the space ready for the following workday in a state that wouldn’t disrupt the client’s daily schedule of meetings.
