The Challenge
To complete a four-month $1.2 million out-of-the-ground renovation/extension of the Dobbs Ferry Campus Library in a reduced timeframe of three months.
The Insight
The shortened schedule barely afforded any margin for error. With structural engineering expertise in-house, we were able to provide on the ground engineering advice to speed up the process and work within the restricted schedule.
The Results
The library was ready and open for the first day of the semester.
