Begin LEED process management on a 20,000 sq-ft office fit-out, when the architects were already halfway through the design process, which did not specifically account for LEED considerations
The Insight
Fighting an uphill battle with time and logistics, we tightened our project management process to drive the process forward without missing any LEED requirements. Tackling every potential issue at the earliest moment, we prevented minor problems becoming major disasters.
The Results
We achieved LEED certification, advocating on behalf of PGI to obtain the certification in time for the New York office to report this Pilot program.
