LEED AP

Growing up in a family of engineers, Adam has always had a passion for construction and design. Now a member of the American Association of Civil Engineers, and a LEED AP, Adam firmly believes in our community’s need for sustainable buildings. As a project manager for Omnibuild, Adam has extensive onsite experience in both coordinating and hands-on design roles, including a complete rehabilitation and conversion of the Park Central Hotel’s 2-story boiler room into functioning office space.
Adam received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from RPI, and has worked as a project engineer with high-profile clients such as Time, Inc, Credit Suisse and the Walt Disney Company - putting his varied skill-set to use in a range of projects involving demolition, electrical and mechanical design. While working for Power Concepts, LLC, Adam was sent to Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina where he inspected all underground utility systems for Six Flags New Orleans. He analyzed all data and made recommendations on what process would work best to remediate the soil conditions from the contamination. He also included a damage and cost to repair estimate of the storm water, domestic water, sewer and pressurized fire utilities.
Later this year, Adam will be taking his exam to obtain his Professional Engineering (PE) license. As a husband and father of two sons, Adam is continually inspired to leave his mark on history by remaining dedicated to the future of energy-efficient development. He draws great pride from being able to say, “I built that.”
