LEED AP, Level 1 Infrared Thermographer

While studying at Mechanical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Chris was exposed to the concepts of sustainability and energy management and became inspired to direct his passion, intelligence and hard work in that direction. Chris is a LEED AP and has designed, sold, implemented and managed numerous energy efficiency upgrades to clients as vast as hospitals, industrial facilities, schools, and state agencies - saving companies hundreds of thousands of dollars. As a project manager for Omnibuild Chris is involved in all aspects of design, construction and budgeting, notably having managed the entire retrofit of a high-end residential space in the Julliard building. He has also overseen companywide energy efficiency projects across the state of NY and managed the construction of the first LEED certified restaurant in New York City, Pizza by Certe.
It is important to Chris to leave a legacy through his work in development, and a major part of that is his philosophy to help teach clients, not just work for them. He believes not only in saving his clients money, but also in providing them with the knowledge and tools they need to continue reducing their carbon footprint long after the last brick is in place. Chris believes that he does not need to be a statesman to make a difference.
