Educated at the Pratt Institute's School of Architecture in Brooklyn, NY, Dionysios Neofitidis brings a range of creative passions and business savvy to his role as Field Supervisor and Project Manager at Omnibuild.

With the company since 2008, Dionysios works with ownership to generate design schematics and construction documents for design-build projects, handles site coordination and phasing of all trades throughout construction, and has worked with clients such asThe Park Central Hotel, Metro PCS and Doubletree Hotels. Formerly a Junior Architect and Project Manager at Spin Design in New York City, he was named a LEED Green Associate in May 2010 and has an extensive background in Architectural research, theory and criticism.

Dionysios also brings with him the unique eye of an avid photographer (he shoots and develops 35mm), and his work will be featured along with fellow Pratt School graduates in a feature documentary entitled ArchiCulture. Currently residing in Astoria, Queens, Dionysios is continuing the Intern Development Program to attain his architectural licensing.
