As Director of Marketing, Franklin is responsible for targeting, developing and securing new business, increasing Omnibuild’s notoriety in the industry and enhancing brand recognition. A native of Schuylkill County Pennsylvania, Franklin has worked in the construction industry for nearly 25 years and has a BA from Rider College and a Certificate in Construction Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). His prior experience includes several management and supervisory roles for Construction Data Corporation in NJ, FL and CT as well as Director of Marketing at IBEX Construction, LLC in New York City. His industry affiliations include IFMA (Golf Committee), SMPS (Programs Committee), AEC and the Greater New York Hospitality Network.

A resident of Totowa, NJ, Franklin is an avid 5K runner and volunteers with the Passaic County Runners Club. In addition, he enjoys playing golf, tennis and soccer with his three children, reading, politics, alternative/classic rock music and following the NCAA, NFL, PGA, USTA, NHL and IRL sports circuits.
