LEED GA, Advanced Certificate in Construction Management, NYC
DOB Construction Superintendent

Keith has always been a self-proclaimed “numbers guy.” Excelling in math and science, Keith graduated from RPI in 2001 with a Mechanical Engineering degree and after flirting with the idea of a path in law, he continued his calling in engineering and is now pursuing his Masters of Science in Construction Management at NYU.
A Project Manager at Omnibuild since 2007, Keith has managed multi-million dollar construction projects at some of the country’s most prestigious buildings, including Time, Inc. in New York City, where he coordinated and directed the refurbishment of a 20,000 sq. ft IT department floor and data center. Additionally, he has been involved in substantial infrastructure upgrades for Barclays Capital in California and Double Tree Times Square Hotel - where a key responsibility was creatively orchestrating all job phases as construction was being performed in an operating hotel. A Connecticut native, Keith also worked for 7 years as an energy efficiency and design engineer where he designed and installed MEP systems, conducted energy audits, feasibility studies and commissioning services for various repeat clients including banks and entertainment studios.
A fearless multi-tasker and avid sports enthusiast, Keith’s philosophy in life is being honest and up-front, especially with clients. Responsiveness and accountability are a must. For Keith, this business is a calculated thrill.
